  • U3D Development Engineer

    Motion Designer – Internship

    【Job Responsibilities】
    1. Responsible for Unity3D game client GamePlay/AI development;
    2. Proficient in C# development language, skilled in using C# to write client code;
    3. Familiar with the principle of Unity3D engine, skilled in using Unity3D built-in components;
    4. Participated in GamePlay/AI development of action or sports games is preferred;
    5. Technical problems can be solved rigorously.


    【Qualifications】
    1.3 years of game development experience, familiar with Unity for 3D application (mobile/pc) development;
    2. Proficient in C#, familiar with common data structures, design patterns;
    3. At least participated in one commercial project development process and played an important role in it;
    4. Those with experience in researching or implementing game AI design will have priority.
    5. Serious and hard-working to work、responsive and good at team building and construction spirit.

  • Technical Art

    Motion Designer – Internship

    Shenzhen, China

    【Job Responsibilities】

    1. Connecting the art and development team, supporting the game art effect realization, controlling the style and aesthetics of the game production;

    2. Writing material ball shader according to art requirements;

    3. Cooperate with the development team for the implementation and tuning of animation effects, Rendering and performance optimization of 3D scenes;

    4. Research on the use of various tools for game art content production、functions of the game engine and helping art staff to use the engine and tools;

    5. Maintain the game art content development process、specifications and the use of engine tools to ensure that art resources meet engine specifications;

    6. Write and maintain the technical documentation for the use of game engine functions and the development of game art resources.

    【Qualifications】

    1. More than 2 years of game development experience / 3D effects / technical art work experience;

    2. Familiar with Unity3D engine, familiar with unity rendering pipeline and shader programming, able to produce shader that meets art requirements, experience in shader performance optimization;

    3. Have good art professional ability and high aesthetic ability, understand the process and specification of game art development of different resources, understand the basic principles of computer graphics, real-time rendering, PBR;

    4. Be able to effectively cooperate with planning and program for project development, and assist in solving technical problems between art and program;

  • Master System Planning

    【Job Responsibilities】

    1. According to the game objectives and direction, responsible for system framework construction, performing system gameplay design and outputting effective documentation;

    2. Responsible for completing the design、production、follow-up and test verification of the game system functional experience;

    3. Responsible for complete follow-up of the system development process, collaborating with art、program departments, etc., ensure the final effect of the design plan as well as the follow-up and feedback of the plan;

    4. Deep design and control skills for UI art effects and UE user experience;

    5. Able to combine data、market、player feedback,and constantly optimize and improve the system gameplay.


    【Job Requirements】

    1. At least 3 years of experience in game system planning, with experience in card, simulation and sports projects preferred;

    2. In-depth understanding of the game system ecological construction, understanding the overall structure design of the player interaction experience, understanding the combination of system, gameplay and value placement related to the structure construction, good UE literacy and understanding of user experience design;

    3. Good communication skill and strong logical thinking ability;

    4. Proactive, good cooperation spirit, cooperate with many parties, and can bear certain work pressure;

    5. Sensitive to the development dynamics and trends of the game industry;
